What are the Lead Times?

Standard OWB, IWB and Paddle Options: 10-14 business days

Duty/RTI Holsters: 30 business days

What color options are available? 

TR Holsters offers a wide variety of color options of Kydex. 

All color options can be chosen for any of our Standard Holsters and Custom Build options as we use .080" Kydex for manufacture.

Our Duty Style and RTI holsters are fabricated using .080" Kydex and unfortunately not all color options are offered in Duty Style, RTI & Range Holsters

My pistol has tall/suppressor sights. Will the holster clear them? 

All our holsters will clear manufacture/aftermarket sights up to .365". 

What is a DG/Contour Switch? 

 For surgical control when using a weapon light the DG grip switch uses a minimal center-mounted pad. This allows the operator to activate the light with finger pressure without needing to move a finger from the grip. 

How does the Level II Option work? 

Our Level II retention system utilizes the Speed Lock Level II mechanism with hood and is available in Right Use. 

I placed my order a while ago and have not received any updates, What is the status of my order? 

Please refer to our posted lead times associated with your order, these are listing on the build selection and are stated on your order confirmation email sent. Shipping labels are generated in the order that orders are received. You may receive tracking information, this is done so when your order is complete and goes through QC there are no delays waiting on a shipping label. We recommend checking tracking information directly from the USPS website for the most current updates. 

I chose to cancel my order and was charged a cancellation fee. Why? 

There are many reasons a cancellation fee is assessed if a buyer chooses to cancel an order. Materials and preparations are made once your order is accepted into our system along with multiple options for production speeds and shipping options that can well meet any timeframe. As a smaller business we are assessed with fees associated with each sale completed from our website platform and credit card hosts which are non refundable if orders are cancelled and not fulfilled. 

Why are lead times so long for Duty Style, RTI, Paddle, Fabric Wrapped & Range Holsters? 

 TR Holsters offers a wide variety of set up options for these style Holsters which creates a high volume demand for these design of holsters.

Each holster is built as a stand alone build and not ran through our standard production line up. Please note lead times are only an estimate and sometimes will be greater than the minimum posted timeframe. 

 While we strive to ship orders in a timely manner, but will not sacrifice quality over quantity. 

I ordered a multicam holster and it looks different from the reference photo. Why? 

All Camo Prints (Kryptek, Multicam, Desert Digital, Urban Digital, Woodland Digital, Pink Digital, Navy Digital, A-Tacs) vary by color and shade from any reference pics. This is a by product of the Camo and patterned kydex products and will never be exactly the same. 

What are the Duty Style holster mounting options? What do I get with my selections?  

Holster only: this option is generally chosen when the buyer has an existing mounting platform and hardware they want to mount the holster to. This will will come with the holster only no mounting hardware or mounting platforms.  

Safariland UBL belt Slide: choosing yes to this option, your holster will come preassembled as a direct mount to the safari land UBL Midrise Belt Slide.

Safariland QLS: choosing yes but no belt slide, the holster will have the mounting fork installed for connection to any safariland QLS receiver plate. 

Safariland UBL Beltslide and Safariland QLS: choosing yes to both options, the holster will be preassmebled and mounted to the UBL belt slide with male/female QLS kit installed. 

What will I receive when ordering a RTI Holster?

The RTI holster will come as holster only. Due to the variety of mounting platforms, the platform of choice would need to be outsourced as we do not offer them.

What RMR Optics will our RMR Optic Hood options clear? 

RMR Optic Hood will clear all aftermarket RDS, except the TRijicon SRO and SIG Romeo 3 will not fit due to either height or width. 

Romeo1Pro optic shroud will not clear certain holsters. Removal of the shroud and or user modification may be necessary. 

What is the Gas Pedal Take Down Lever Option? 

 The gas pedal takedown lever option only applies to Sig Sauer P320 series of pistols. If running this aftermarket product the Gas Pedal designation would need to be selected when customizing your holster. Our gas pedal takedown lever clearance is designed for the Go Guns Gas Pedal Footprint.
