Prior to completing your purchase, please take an opportunity to read over our terms and conditions that will be required to complete checkout. 

 

 

Lead Times:

Standard OWB/IWB Holsters and Magazine Carriers: 10-14 Business Days.

*Please note any orders placed during high volume flash sales, seasonal holidays and holiday vacations may be subject to added days lead time. 

 

Duty Style / RTI Holsters: 30 Business Days lead time

Yes! We do ship international via USPS. 

Buyer is responsible for importation fees, tariff or VAT.

TR Holsters is not responsible for confiscated packages, know your countries import laws.

 

 

Fitment Information:

 

Non-weaponlight holsters utilize the Trigger Guard for retention and Light Bearing holsters rely on the weapon light as the main form of retention. For weapon light holsters use without the light is not recommended. 

 

Our Streamlight TLR-1 and TLR-2 Weapon light holster molds are designed for use with GL key for Glock models and the 1913 key for all other model designs. 

 

Retention level is a user preference. Tight to some might feel loose to others and vs. versa. Some hand forming from the buyer maybe required to achieve their desired retention. All holsters are test fit with actual firearms prior to shipping as part of our QC measures.  Beings kydex is a moldable product the fit may vary by manufacturer tolerances.

 

 

 RMR Optic Hood will clear all commonly sized red dot sights that will fit the original Trijicon RMR dimensions. Larger sights RDS Optics as the Romeo 1 PRO and TRijicon SRO will not fit due to either height or width. 

 

All our holsters are designed to clear Aftermarket/Taller Suppressor sights up to .365" and below. 

 

 

Liability:

TR Holsters can be of assistance in selecting the proper holster set up for your pistol/ pistol/light combination, while we are very knowledgeable and will assist as much as possible, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility in making sure the correct holster set up is purchased as we do not offer returns. 

*while TR Holsters can provide assistance in answering questions, please note some cases Google can be your best friend in finding answers. 

 

Returns/Warranty/Order Cancellations:

Returns:

TR Holsters does NOT offer returns or exchanges as items are Custom Made to buyers specifications.

*Buyer is responsible for purchasing correct pistol/pistol/light combination. 

 

Warranty: 

TR Holsters will warranty kydex products if deemed manufacture defect/flaw. Please contact TR Holsters directly so we may assist and deem if it truly is a manufacture defect/flaw. 

*We welcome feedback about our products however, product/design preferences will not be deemed as a defect/flaw. 

 

 Cancellations:

Orders cancelled prior to order shipment will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee or 100% store credit.

*Materials and preparations are made once your order is accepted into our system along with multiple options for production speeds and shipping options that can well meet any needed timeframes.   

 

 TR Holsters takes great thought into design, function and wear.  As with the nature of kydex material, all kydex holsters can cause wear on the slide. Our molds are oversized to minimize this wear, however TR Holsters is not responsible for any slide wear caused.  Weapons are tools, tools are meant to be used, if wear is a concern, kydex may not be an option as they are not ideal for “safe queens”. 

 

All our holsters go through our QC measures and are test fit prior to shipping with the actual pistol/pistol light set up. Retention is set at a neutral level (tight to some may be loose to others vice versa) some hand forming may be required to achieve the users desired retention. 

 

When using the correct pistol/pistol/light combination shooters have no issues, most fit/use issues are caused from improper pistol/pistol/light combination. 

 

TR Holsters is a firm believer in belt mounted retention and feel the mythical upside down test is a false representation of what actual retention should be. 

 

A shooters build/size, mission specific use and or EDC are all determining factors in necessary levels of retention. If ever inverted with holster/gun in hand you should opt for Level II option. Please keep these factors in mind if retention happens to not be of user preference. 

 

TR Holsters strives to provide the highest top notch quality and craftsmanship of Kydex products available but keep in mind of the above statement can influence a customers opinion. 

 

 Pistol Parts, Rifle Parts, Accessories, Optics and Weaponlights:

RETURNS ARE NOT OFFERED as all sales are final

 

Responsibility lies with buyer for purchasing correct items/parts and having install completed by a licensed gunsmith* 

TR Holsters is distributor of product any warranty issues or concerns are to be addressed with the product manufacture. 

 

TR Holsters follows all ITAR and Magazine Capacity State Regulations (CA, CN, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY & CO). 

In common sense terms, KNOW YOUR LAWS! 

Any purchases that violate these guidelines are subject to immediate order cancellation.
